Unbelievably crazy year..

Gosh! This is my first entry for this year. I can’t believe I have to wait this long before I can post my entry. The first two days of new year I only had 3 hours of sleep! That’s how crazy my work load is this year. When people still celebrating their new year, here I am, running my errant till my feet ache like hell. I wonder why I accept this job in the first place. The job is clearly underpaid, colleagues working with no responsibilities, a hard work and sacrifices were never been appreciated, priority has shifted and so on and so forth..sigh.

But, despite all the setbacks, I’ve learn lots of new stuff, getting better in time management, more vocal, develop my already good detailed eyes to superb and sharp eyes, and the power to make the final decisions! Yeap, I achieved all those in a week! Haha..Definitely a crazy way to start a new year..How about you guys? A slight twist of fate might change your life forever but it’s up to you to make the most out of the opportunity given to you…and I plan to do just that..for now.

My current weight, on the first day of 2011..I knew I would gain 2kilos in 2 weeks..ugh!

Sorry for this short post, my brain is shutting down and I need to Zzzzzzzzz….

Goodbye 2010, Welcome 2011

 Hello, I’m still dizzy as I’m writing this(thanks to beers n bicardi just now, 30/12/2010). Tonight we are celebrating new year and before that, I would like to look back what I have achieved this year. Well, straight to the point, I don’t think I achieve anything significant apart from small achievements, easily counted with my fingers. In terms of workload, it’s getting busier, hectic, crazy, frustrating and too many absurd demands. I guess that’s how it goes when you work with an INCOMPETENT boss right? *ahem! Let’s skip the work(i’m still working today, on 31^st, on public holiday, declared by PM yesterday).

My health, so far, has been amazing. I know I’m still young but the fact that no serious illness coming means I still can enjoy my life. Thank God I’m able to do what I want and growing to experience some of the most invaluable lessons in life. I foresee that next year’s going to be hell challenging and I need my health in top form. Waking up at 5.30 a.m and work my butt to 10.00 pm(maybe), 24/7.

Love life, not a good time to discuss (after some horrible experiences) but I can see how my family has helped me out during my crisis, supported me in every way they can and keeping their faith in me. I admit I made mistakes but family support has given me strength to face the music.

Talking ‘bout our education

I woke up from my hangoever(it’s been like three days of boozy night) today, took my shower and turned on my tv just in time to watch the latest news on tv. Wait, the government would add another skill in KSSR(Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah) beginning 2011. Kemahiran menaakul(sorry I don’t know the suitable  word in English) is another skill introduce to primary 1 to primary 3. Instead of 3M(reading, writing, calculating) as we know it, they call it 4M. The reason is to teach the student to differentiate between the right and wrong, positive and negative, and basically teaching them the dos and don’ts. To me it’s a good move but it doesn’t make any sense since we have Moral subject in schools. Let’s see what our education system has produced thus far..

My typical xmas eve(24th)..

As usual, there were a lot of things going on around the house. Most importantly, the food must be ready for the next day’s occasion. Therefore, I decided to take you all to see some of the things that my family normally did yearly. First of all, we bought some dry food and drinks..and talking about drinks, it involves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I personally not into alcoholic drinks (*cough ) during festive season especially during x’mas since to me associating the celebration of the birth of Jesus with alcohol is so wrong. This year, I didn’t expect many people visiting us but still, I bought some for our guest who might enjoy drinking. Checking the fridge, this is what you’ll see..
